At the University of Rochester, we utilize the Business Model Canvas (a framework for new and developing ventures used to plan out the various aspects of an enterprise). Ed Bizari (Margiloff Family Entrepreneurial Fellow at Hobart & William Smith Colleges and a seasoned entrepreneur) will go through the elements of the Business Model Canvas with you, which can be applied to any new idea, even those that are intrapreneurial (innovating within an existing organization). They will also help you recognize how to iterate on an idea, and give you advice for writing with specific audiences in mind.
