Physicians
The University Health Service has physicians and nurse practitioners on its primary care staff. Primary Care Physicians are board-certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, and Pediatrics. University Health Service provides a team-based approach to patient care and treatment called the Patient-Centered Medical Home.
Each primary care physician is a member of the Yellow Team or the Blue Team. As a member of the team, the physician works in collaboration with the other members of the team to provide you with comprehensive, coordinated, and accessible health care services.
Call (585) 275-2662 to schedule an appointment at the University Health Service. If you do not know the name of your primary care provider (PCP), the receptionist will tell you the name when you call to schedule an appointment.
