Frankie joined UCC in July 2023. She is a licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) and a Credentialed Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Counselor (CASAC) Master Counselor who is committed to treating individuals and families. Frankie utilizes both integrative and strength-based approaches within a safe, supportive, and culturally inclusive climate for all to pursue change.
For over 20 years, Frankie worked for Monroe County as a caseworker and substance use counselor working with adults, children, and families who have experienced adversity, change, loss, and trauma. She has provided individual and group therapy for more than five years. Frankie is a committed and fierce change agent that strives to support her clients through all stages of life events.
Frankie received both her Bachelor and Master degrees in Social Work from Nazareth College in Rochester, New York. She has extensive training in crisis intervention, working with adults, children, and families.
Her clinical interests and focuses include anxiety, depression, substance use, life transitions, trauma, women’s health, and relational concerns.
Frankie enjoys nature, outdoor activities, volunteering, and spending time with her family.
