Kindergarten Meet and Greet

On Saturday, March 9th, Horizons at Warner held a Meet and Greet event for the program’s up-and-coming Kindergarten class at our partner library, Sully Branch. It was a great opportunity for students to meet peers they will be sharing a classroom with come July and for parents to gain valuable knowledge about the program while becoming acquainted with fellow parents.

The students had a great time picking out books, crayons, notebooks, and pencils to take home, enjoying snacks with their future classmates, and putting together puzzles provided by the Sully Branch Library. Julia Postler held a Q & A session with parents to inform them about busing, time commitments, the educational and enrichment opportunities provided by Horizons, and further details about the program.

This is just one example of Horizons at Warner’s commitment to bringing our families together throughout the year, encouraging them to take advantage of all the opportunities we offer, and providing them with the materials they need to succeed in their academic, social-emotional learning, and professional careers within our program and beyond. Sending heartfelt thanks to the Sully Branch Library for the wonderful space provided to host this event and all our families for joining us!
