Registration for the Northeast Noyce Regional Conference in Boston is now OPEN!
Conference Registration is NOW OPEN!
We decided not to wait! Registration is now open for the 2024 Northeast Noyce Regional Conference at the Royal Sonesta Boston (Thursday, Nov 7 – Saturday, Nov 9). Visit our conference registration page to register.
We have funding for 260 attendees, so don’t wait! Reserve your spots ASAP.
Scholar/Fellow Nominations:
On the registration form, we are asking PIs/Co-PIs to provide the names and emails of up to 5 Scholars/Fellows that your project leadership team would like us to invite to the conference. This will allow us to communicate directly with the Scholars/Fellows about registration and travel to the conference. If you are not able to attend the conference, please consider asking another project leadership team member to register. If no member from the leadership team can attend, we still would love to see your students! Please send a list of 5 Scholars/Fellows to NortheastNoyce@warner.rochester.edu so we can invite them.
If your project does not have Scholars/Fellows or you are not ready to provide names, there are options on the registration form to indicate these. Keep in mind we have a limited amount of space for attendees. We will be sure to include you or a project team member on any communication sent to your Scholars/Fellows.
Hotel Rooms & Room Sharing:
Hotel rooms will be reserved for you upon registration. We are also encouraging room sharing for attendees. While shared rooms are not required, if attendees are willing to share a room, that would increase the number of attendees we can accommodate. When registering, attendees will be given the opportunity to provide the name of the person they’d like to room with. We also have the option for attendees to be assigned a roommate, if they are willing to share, but don’t have a specific person in mind to room with. We request that you pass this information along to your Scholars/Fellows so that they can think about whether they would like to share a room and who they would like to share a room with before registering for the conference.
