Email - supplemental email information including spam filtering, sharing large files (using, encrypted email, and pointers on different types of mailing lists.

Email is available to faculty in two varieties:

  • Office 365 - Email accounts primarily utilized by Arts, Sciences and Engineering faculty, staff and graduate students.

Email Password - If you have forgotten or would like to change your email password follow these instructions to reset your password.

Using Email from Off-Campus - From off-campus your University email can be accessed via the web, mobile device and through Virtual Private Networking (VPN).

Email on Your Mobile Device - View instructions to view email from your mobile device.

First.Last Email Address (Alias) - is a mask (i.e. alias) for your current University email address, transforming the appearance of your current email address. This process provides an easy way for others to search for and identify your email address.

For example, a fictions person Alice Smithy with email address might become if the alias alice.smithy is not already taken.
