the Most Outstanding Performer.The National Fastpitch Coaches’ Player of the Year, Matt van Niekerk ’17 named Rookie of the Year,

Regional Coaching Staff of the Year by the NFCA. GCAA, capping off his four-year All-American career, and was named
to the All-Nicklaus team—one of only three Division III players on the
Women’s Lacrosse (6-8, 2-7 Liberty League) 18-man team. Coach Dan Wesley was named Liberty League and GCAA
Northeast Coach of the Year.
Team Highlights: The team opened the season with a 19-2 win over
Medaille and began the season 4-0 with wins over Medaille, Smith Women’s Outdoor Track and Field
College, Elmira College, and Nazareth College.The Yellowjackets scored
five second-half goals to defeat Clarkson University for the team’s first Team Highlights: The women finished second out of 23 teams at the
conference win.Three players had hat tricks in the last game of the University of Rochester Alumni Invitational, with four outright victories
