John Rowe (MD), ’02 (HNR) retired as CEO of Aetna.

Dennis Clements (MD) is chief medical officer at Duke Children’s Hospital in Durham, N.C. Previously, he was interim chair of the pediatrics department at the hospital.

Patricia Bomba (Res) (see ’91RC graduate).

1980
Wendy Schlessel Harpham (MD) is the author of Happiness in a Storm: Facing Illness and Embracing Life as a Healthy Survivor.

1983
Neurologist Bernard Macik (Res) is vice president of medical affairs at Morton Plant and Mease Dunedin hospitals in Florida.

1984
Glen Brooks (MD) writes, “I was elected president of the Massachusetts Society of Plastic Surgeons. I am in private practice in Longmeadow, Mass., and an assistant professor of surgery at Tufts University.” . . . John Mariotti (Pdc) received the Distinguished Service Award from the Middle Atlantic Society of Orthodontists. He was president of the organization for 2005. John is on the medical board at the University of Scranton in Pennsylvania.

John Kruse (PhD), ’90 (MD) (see ’82RC undergraduate). . . . Ann Butler Nattinger (MS), professor of medicine and chief of general internal medicine at the Medical College of Wisconsin, was named the college’s first Lady Riders Professor of Breast Cancer.

2003
Laura Henrichs (MD) and Giuseppe Cardella were married on October 9, 2005, in Pittsford, N.Y. Laura is a psychiatry resident at Brown University, and Giuseppe is a systems analyst at United Health Care.

2004
Nancy McKnight (MD) and Timothy Lum ’02 (MD) were married on September 17, 2005, in Rochester. Nancy is an obstetrics and gynecology resident at Strong Memorial Hospital, and Timothy is an emergency medicine physician at Highland Hospital.
