Susan Groesbeck W (EdD), the head of the school at Hilton Head Preparatory School in South Carolina, has been selected by the Klingenstein Center for Independent School Leadership as a 2008 visiting fellow at Teachers College at Columbia University.

Helen Zamboni S (MBA) has received the Outstanding Alumna Service Award for her work as the executive secretary of the Syracuse University Law Alumni Association. She is senior counsel in the business practice group of the Rochester firm of Underberg & Kessler.

Robert Ylagan S (MBA) and his wife, Melinda, send a photo to announce the birth of their third son, Lance Theodore, on May 28, 2007. Lance joins big brothers Renan, 6, and Elliot, 2. Bob is a commercial advisor for ExxonMobil Exploration in Houston.

Chris Egger Halbeis S (MBA) writes that he and his family are “happy and proud” to introduce their son, Max Oscar, born on June 28, 2007, at Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital at Stanford University.
