REPEAT: The men’s and women’s basketball teams repeated as champions of the JP Morgan Chase Scholarship Basketball tournament.

With two titles and two MVPs, Rochester’s basketball teams added to their success at the JP Morgan Chase Scholarship Basketball Tournament this winter.

The women defeated Nazareth 83–46 in the championship game to claim their third straight title and their fifth in the past six years. Forward Julie Marriott ’09 was named tournament MVP.

The men defeated Nazareth 87–75 for their second championship in a row and their ninth overall, more than any other team in the tournament. Forward Uche Ndubizu ’08 was named tournament MVP.
