Online Nomination Form

Nominations are due December 15, 2023

To nominate a teacher, complete and submit the following nomination form. Refer to the about the award page for complete information regarding the Singer Family Prize.

The nomination description should identify the teacher you would like to nominate and describe the ways in which that teacher has been influential. Strong nominations will detail:

  • How the teacher's approach is unique
  • How students have changed after working with this teacher
  • Ways that the teacher goes above and beyond in support of students (for example, fulfilling coaching or tutoring roles in addition to teaching)

There is no specific requirement for the length of the supporting information (200-400 words should suffice).

A committee of faculty members and students not from the senior class will review the completed nominations. Finalists for the award will be contacted and asked to submit additional supporting information. Based on that information, the committee will select a maximum of four winners.
