Students Under 19 – Dental and Vision Care

The UR Student Health Insurance Plan (Aetna) plan provides coverage for dental and vision care for students under 19 years of age.

Dental coverage includes:

• Emergency Dental Care
• Preventive Care
• Routine Dental Care
• Endodontic Services (where hospitalization is not required)
• Periodontics
• Prosthodontics
• Oral Surgery
• Orthodontics (with limitations)

Vision coverage includes:

• Emergency Vision Care
• Preventive Vision Care
• Routine Vision care
• Vision Examinations – 1 per plan year
• Prescribed Lenses and Frames – 1 time per year
