Ethical Investment Advisory Committee

The University’s Ethical Investment Advisory Committee (EIAC) consists of faculty, staff members,
and undergraduate and graduate students. EIAC’s purpose is to identify areas of potential concern
and investigate the consonance of the University’s investment policies and values. Where appropriate,
EIAC makes recommendations to the Board of Trustee’s Investment Committee regarding particular
investments, communications, and proxy votes.
