About MindSet Nutrition Coaching
Melissia is the owner of MindSet Nutrition Coaching, helping midlife women who “burn the
candle at both ends” change their bodies, shift their mindset, boost energy, and build confidence
through a sustainable, habit-based, and highly personalized framework.

Grounded in science, her approach is of deep health, and the multi-dimensional thriving of the

whole person. She partners 1:1 with clients virtually and in-person, for a “one-size-fits-one”
program addressing not only nutrition, but sleep, stress, change, movement, and well-being.
Melissia empowers clients to be proactive and enact change by identifying the alignment between
their values, identities, and priorities. The foundation of her coaching is small, simple, strategic
habit-stacking steps, providing tools and resources that lead to long-term transformative results.
From weight loss and performance nutrition, to healthy kitchen makeovers and grocery shopping
tours, she supports clients at every stage and step of the way, no matter what life may bring to the
