                                          CHEERS TO YOU
                          Jill Kempie, an assistant director on the George Eastman Circle team,
                          created this tangy, refreshing beverage in honor of George Eastman’s
                                      favorite dessert, lemon meringue pie.


                          Lemon Drop Cocktail




                          2 ounces vodka              COAT the rim of a cocktail
                          ½ ounce triple sec          glass with sugar and set aside.
                          1 ounce simple syrup        (Do this a few minutes ahead
                          1 ounce lemon juice         of time so the sugar can dry
                          Ice (optional)              and stick to the glass.)
                          Sugar or lemon peel (optional)
                                                      ADD all of the ingredients
                                                      to a shaker, with ice.
                          OR, TRY A MOCKTAIL:
                          1.25 ounces lemon juice     SHAKE until well-chilled
                          ¾ ounce simple syrup        and then strain into the

                          2.5 ounces club soda, chilled
                                                      prepared glass.
                                                      GARNISH with lemon peel.
                          Sugar or lemon peel (optional)
