Thank you for your interest in creating a project for the University of Rochester’s annual Global Days of Service program. As a site leader, you will take the lead to identify an organization in need, manage the details, and rally others to join you throughout the month of September.
To get started, find a project that can take place from September-May and submit this form no later than March 15.
All projects will undergo a review process prior to being included on the webpage listing. After receiving your information, you will be contacted by a staff member. If you have any questions, please contact Hannah Ramsey, director of regional and volunteer programs, at hannah.ramsey@rochester.edu.
Important 2025-2026 information:
- Global Days of Service projects can take place either in-person as a group or independently on-your-own-time throughout September-May. For additional details and guidelines for coordinating your project, see our Site Leader Toolkit.
- Projects need to be free for Rochester alumni, parents, and friends to participate.
- Projects can include donation of goods and services, but fundraising is not permitted.
- The University of Rochester cannot provide any funding or any project materials.
