Which staff member influenced you the most?

The entire staff team at Wilson Commons Student Activities. I was involved in campus programming groups and the staff inspired me to start a career in student affairs. As a first generation college student, I can say that their guidance, support, and kindness were key to my degree completion.

What’s your favorite place on campus?

Near the flagpoles on the Eastman Quad, where there is an engraving on the stonework: "If not you, who?" dedicated to Paul J. Burgett '68E, '76E (PhD). It serves as a wonderful reminder of Dean Burgett, my time on campus, and the great things happening all around you at Rochester.

The Garbage Plate at Nick Tahou Hots or wings at The Distillery?

Coffee and a cookie from Java's near Eastman.

What was your favorite Rochester experience?

As a first-year student, Wilson Day was an excellent demonstration of Rochester values in action while highlighting the importance of service to community.

What advice would you give an incoming student?

Explore. Explore your interests and passions; explore the campus and city communities.
