When I submit a CARE referral, my observations are combined with those of other faculty, friends, and family to give a clear view of the student’s situation. • After a program review was completed by the Educational Advisory Board, they found that amongst our peer institutions the CARE Network ranked as the top program. This was supported namely by the introduction of the bias-related and community concerns, and the breadth of concerns types and concern severity covered to maintain student well-being.
• The CARE Network was nominated for the Meliora Award in the 2015-2016 academic year
• The CARE Network was nominated for a Gweenie Award in the 2016-2017 academic year.
• CARE was acknowledged as the "model program" at the 2016 National Behavioral Intervention Team Association (NABITA) Conference in 2016.
