A MESSAGE FROM THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF ATHLETICS—
George VanderZwaag
It was great to celebrate the Class of 2019 as
they were conferred their diplomas at grad-
uation. While it marks the end of their time
here at college, it is truly just a beginning.
It’s why we call the ceremony “Commence-
ment”—because it’s the start of their adult
lives. We are grateful for their time here and
to have played a part in their education.

This was one of our most outstanding years
in terms of overall competitive success. The
spring season was very strong. The baseball
