  • Earned a B.A. degree in History in 1962

Post-Graduate:

  • Graduated from the New York University School of Law in 1965
  • Private law practice in New York City, 1965-71
  • Joined the Legal Aid Society of Nassau County in 1971 where he has defended over 125 major felony cases
  • He is an expert lecturer on criminal trial practice for the Nassau County Bar Association Academy of Law
  • President and Director of the Clara and Kurt Hellmuth Foundation, Inc.
