Post Graduate:

  • Studied acting at the prestigious London Academy of Music and Dramatic Arts
  • Earned a second degree in Acting in 2008
  • Tara worked as an assistant producer on the Tony-Award winning musical Once
  • Tara’s post-production film work premiered at the following festivals: Sundance, Tribeca,South by Southwest, Toronto and Venice
  • In 2014, Tara was inspired to change careers into education and was accepted into the New York City Teaching Fellows
  • She has taught high school students with Autism at PS811X in the South Bronx
  • In 2016, Tara earned a Master’s Degree in Adolescent Special Education and English from Pace University
  • Tara now resides in Norwalk, CT with her husband Christopher and daughter Eleanora
