  • Four-year starter in soccer and basketball
  • Captained the soccer team for two years and the basketball team for one year
  • Played as the sweeper back for the 1986 National Championship Women's Soccer Team
  • MVP for the New York State Tournament in Basketball
  • Earned a B.A. in Psychology in 1986 and a Master's Degree in Human Development in 1987
  • Awarded the Merle Spurrier Award for Leadership, Enthusiasm, and Service - 1985-86

Post-Graduate:

  • Assistant women's soccer coach at Mary Washington College in Virginia, 1987-91
  • Director of Residential Education and an assistant women's soccer coach at St. Lawrence University, 1991-93
  • Alcohol and drug counselor at Paul Smith's College in 1993
  • Named Head women's basketball coach at Paul Smith's College in 1994 and was Head women's soccer coach in 1995-97
  • Women's basketball coach and assistant professor at Plattsburgh State University since 1997
  • Named Assistant Athletic Director and Senior Women's Administrator in 2001
