  • Served as the Coordinator of Women's Intercollegiate Sports at the University from 1944 to 1976
  • As the first coordinator of women's intercollegiate sports at Rochester, she established teams in basketball, volleyball, field hockey, lacrosse, track, tennis, and soccer
  • Provided a nurturing atmosphere for beginning coaches and the fledgling women athletes
  • Retired in 1976
  • An award is given in her name annually to a female athlete for outstanding sportsmanship
