At Rochester:

  • 12-time varsity letter winner in cross country, indoor track & field and outdoor track & field
  • Two-time cross country All-American (1993 and 1994)
  • CoSIDA Academic All-American in 1994
  • Member of UR's 1991 national championship cross country team
  • Eight-time All-UAA recipient
  • Finished 15th at 1993 NCAA Division III Cross Country Championship, was 35th a year later
  • Three-time UAA indoor track and field champion, winning 3,000 meters in 1994 and 1995 and the 5,000 meters in 1994
  • Earned degree in Mechanical Engineering

Post-Graduate:

  • Successful career in mechanical engineering field
  • Has kept active as a runner and athlete, competing in duathlon and Ironman world championship competitions
  • Named 1999 Rochester Runner of the Year
  • Achieved USAT All-American status for duathlon in 2019
  • Lives just outside of Rochester with his wife Maria
