'87

At Rochester:

  • Joined the women's soccer team as a freshman in 1983
  • Selected to play on the New York Empire State Soccer Team representing the Hudson Valley Region in 1984
  • Named co-captain as a junior and a senior
  • In her junior year, was the only Yellowjacket player selected to the All-Tournament team at the new York State Soccer Tournament
  • Was also voted MVP of the women's team and selected to the All-Greater Rochester Team her junior year
  • In her senior year, led the team to its first ever National Championship title and was selected as a first team All-American Soccer Player and selected to the first team All-Northeaster squad
  • Was also selected to the All-Tournament Team at the National Collegiate Athletic Association Tournament and selected by Soccer America magazine as one of the 11 most valuable women's collegiate soccer players in the country
  • Earned her B.A. in economics

Post-Graduate:

  • Upon graduation, received her Active Duty commission as a Second Lieutenant in the U.S. Army
  • Served 11 1/2 years on Active Duty from May, 1987 to December, 1998
  • Currently the Battalion Commander for the 439th Engineer Battalion in Bismarck, ND
