  • Set UR records in 2-mile, 3-mile, and 3000m
  • Track & Field Outdoor: Ran two national championships ('82, '83)
  • Second in NYSAA 5000m ('82, '83)
  • 1982 NYSAA 10,000m champion, second place finish ('83)
  • 10,000m Davidson College Relays champ
  • Twice selected UR Outstanding Performer ('82, '83)
  • Senior captain
  • Broke four UR records in 5000m and 10,000m
  • 1983 Tack Alumni Award

  • Graduated Cum Laude with a BA in sociology and natural resources in 1983
