At Rochester:

• Qualified for the NCAA Championships in four straight years
• Anchored six different relays to All-America honors
• Helped Rochester place 13^th out of 63 teams at the NCAAs as a senior
• Qualified for NCAAs in the 200 medley relay, 200 free relay, and 400 medley relay each setting a school record
• Her 400 medley relay team earned All-America honors in four straight years with a best finish of 6^th place nationally
• Set several individual records in freestyle and individual medley events

Post Graduate:

• Moved to Hickory, North Carolina and worked for 22 years at SIECOR/Corning Cable Systems in engineering, sales, and various other management positions
• Taught math at a local university, then taught math and physics at a local high school
• Married Peter Mahnke in 1961 and they raised four boys
• Her hobbies in retirement include quilting, playing the cello, and rescuing dog
