At Rochester:

  • 4-year starter at shortstop and pitcher for the softball team.
  • 4-time NFCA All-Region, 4-time All-UAA and 4-time All-Liberty League/UCAA.
  • Helped UR to the program's first ever NCAA playoff appearance and then team-record 28 wins in 2007.
  • Played in 158 of a possible 160 games, finishing with career .383 batting average, 112 runs, 204 hits, 14 home runs and 88 RBI.
  • Added 12 wins, a 2.82 ERA and 111 strikeouts as a pitcher.
  • Team record 53 career doubles and had single-season record of 21 in 2005.
  • Garnish Scholar recipient.

Post-Graduate:

  • Worked as an assistant softball coach at Rochester and as a softball instructor with Frozen Ropes in Florida.
  • Became Certified Personal Trainer and worked as a wellness coach.
  • Operated successful gym and training facility before relocating to Florida.
  • Currently is a licensed real estate agent with Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Florida Realty, serving the Treasure Coast area of Florida.
  • Co-author of the book Fitness to Freedom and is currently completing a teaching memoir titled Fit to Love: My Journey from Self-Perfection to Self-Worth, with Nothing to Lose and Everything to Gain.
