  • Transferred to Rochester at the end of his sophomore year and played basketball for two years
  • Was leading scorer in 1967-1968, averaging 17.5 points per game and led the team in scoring in 13 games
  • Was also leading rebounder averaging, 15.3 rebounds per game and led the team in rebounding in 16 games
  • Established new rebounding records for a single game with 26 and for a season with 322
  • Second on the team in field goal percentage at 49.3
  • Named to All-Tournament team at the NCAA Regional Tournament and named most improved player for the season
  • Was leading scorer again in 1968-1969, averaging 14.8 points per game and led the team in scoring in 8 games
  • Leading rebounder, averaging 12.1 rebounds per game and led the team in rebounding in 16 games
  • Led the team in field goal percentage at 55.4
  • Named to All-Tournament Team at the Kodak Classic and named MVP for the season
  • Awarded the Lou Alexander Award to the most outstanding student athlete
  • Tied for first and tied for eighth for the single season record for most rebounds per game at 15.3 and 12.1
  • Tied for second and tied for fifth (three times) for single game record in rebounds with 26 and 24 (three times)
  • First in career rebounds per game 13.7, seventh in field goal percentage at 52.2 and fourteenth in total rebounds with 586 in two years
  • Earned his B.S. in education

  • Played professionally in France for the French team Stade Francais
  • Played on season in England for the English team Sutton
  • Graduated from Syracuse University School of Law in 1974
  • Currently a litigation attorney for Liberty Mutual Insurance and has been the managing attorney since 1993
