• Three year starter as the soccer team's goalie
• Captained team his senior year
• Held the Single Season Shutout Record (9) and the Career Shutout Record (23) with a career goals against average below 1.00
• Keeper for the first team to make NCAAs in school history
• Best defensive player at the Flower City Invitational (1987)
• First Team All-UAA (1987)
• Third Team All-American (1987)
• One of two Division III players selected to participate in the Senior Select Tryout previous to the MISL Draft (1987)
• Graduated with a BA in political science in 1988

Post-Graduate:

• Spent 15 years with RCI, Frontier, and Global Crossing as director of carrier sales
• Presently director of carrier sales at TeleGlobe International
• Married to Carla Amato Vaccaro '89, '94S (MBA)-both hold MBAs from the University's Simon School
