The University of Rochester’s newest
residence hall is a 72,000-square-foot
building that overlooks the
Brian F. Prince Athletic Complex
and houses approximately
150 rst-year students, as well as
state-of-the-art athletic facilities.

The Boehning Varsity House ( oors
1 and 2) includes locker rooms for
the University’s men’s and women’s
outdoor teams, sports medicine, and
team equipment rooms. The main
level is dedicated to academic and
student life services, while the top
four oors are residential space.
