Submit a Program
If you are an office, program, camp, or organization requesting to host a summer program, camp, and conference on the River Campus at the University of Rochester, you are required to submit a registration form for review by Friday, January 17, 2025 and receive approval before you proceed with planning.
2025 Summer Session dates
Monday, May 19–Friday, August 1
(River Campus summer housing is only available from May 19 through August 1. Use of the residence halls outside of the date range is not permitted.)
Please note that completion of the registration form does not guarantee approval. All submissions must be reviewed by the Office of Summer and Continuing Studies (OSCS) to ensure sufficient capacity and resources before the program can be approved.
