All students can view and print their grades through UR Student. Official transcripts can also be requested online. Grades are no longer mailed to students.
You will need to be enrolled in DUO two factor authentication to access UR Student from off campus.
University IT offers several training guides for UR Student. If you’re having trouble accessing or completing tasks in UR Student, please contact University IT Help Desk at email@example.com or (585) 275-2000, or submit a support ticket.
If you are missing a grade, contact your professor. If there is no grade in UR Student it is most likely because the grade has not been received. If the professor says that the grade has been submitted, contact Academic Records at (585) 275-4982 or the Office of the University Registrar at (585) 275-8131.
