Apple Crisp
SERVES: 8–10 PREP TIME: 30 min COOK TIME: 40 min
INGREDIENTS: DIRECTIONS:
4 cups of sliced apples Place 4 cups of sliced apples in a buttered baking dish.
(I recommend MacIntosh)
Sprinkle with 1 tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp salt, 1/4 cup water
1 tsp cinnamon
Combine 3/4 cup sifted flour, 1 cup of sugar, 1/3 cup butter
1 tsp salt to form a crumbly topping. Drop mixture over apples.
1/2 cup water Bake at 350°F for 35-40 mins. Serve with vanilla ice
cream or Kool whip!
