Classic Stuffing
SERVES: 8 PREP TIME: 10 min COOK TIME: 50 min
INGREDIENTS: DIRECTIONS:
1 loaf of day-old bread Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Spread the bread
(about 12 cups), cut into cubes on baking sheets and leave them out overnight to
1-inch cubes stale. You can also toast them in the preheated oven for
about 10-15 minutes, until they are dry but not browned.

butter In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
Add the chopped onions, celery, and garlic. Sauté until

chopped about 5-7 minutes. Stir in the sage, thyme, and rosemary.
Cook for another 2-3 minutes to let the flavors meld.
