Butternut Squash Casserole
SERVES: 8 PREP TIME: 10 min COOK TIME: 50 min
INGREDIENTS: DIRECTIONS:
20 oz bag of frozen Preheat oven to 350°F.
squash + water from
the bag Defrost and mash squash.
1/2 cup melted butter or Combine with everything else on the list, except for
earth balance, if vegan the cinnamon. If the mixture is a little dry, add 1 tbsp of
water or a touch of dairy-free milk. Pour into a greased
1/3 cup sugar 8x8 dish, and sprinkle with cinnamon.
1 cup all purpose flour Bake for 50 minutes, until golden brown on top.
3 eggs, beaten
Cinnamon to taste
