                          Roasted Brussel Sprouts






        SERVES: 6–8                        PREP TIME: 10 min                  COOK TIME: 35 min




        INGREDIENTS:                       DIRECTIONS:

        1 1/2 lbs Brussels sprouts,        Heat oven to 375°F.
               trimmed and halved
                                           On a large rimmed baking sheet, toss the Brussels
        1     lb red seedless              sprouts and grapes with the oil, garlic, thyme, 1/2 tsp
              grapes                       salt and 1/4 tsp pepper.

        3     tbsp olive oil               Turn the sprouts cut-side down and roast until golden
                                           brown and tender, 20-25 minutes.
        2    cloves garlic, sliced
                                           The red grapes and the green sprouts make for an
        1     tbsp fresh thyme             appealing presentation. And surprisingly deliciousy!

        Kosher salt and black
        pepper
