CHAD MARTINOVICH’S
                          Buffalo Chicken Chili






        SERVES: 8                          PREP TIME: 10 min                  COOK TIME: 4 hr




        INGREDIENTS:                        DIRECTIONS:

        2 lbs ground chicken                Brown the ground chicken and place in crockpot. In the
                                            same pan, sweat vegetables until softened, and add to
        2 cups chopped onion                the chicken. Rinse the Great Northern Beans and add to
                                            the crockpot.
        2 cups chopped carrot
                                            Pour in the chicken stock, stir. Add the buffalo wing
        2 cups chopped celery               sauce, cumin and chili powder (adjust quantities to your
                                            taste preferences.
        8 oz can chicken stock
                                            For a hotter chili, consider adding chopped jalapenos or
        2 cans Great Northern Beans         Tabasco sauce.) Cook for 4 hours on low.

        2/3 cup buffalo wing sauce          To serve, top with shredded cheddar and sour cream.

        3 tbsp ground cumin


        3 tbsp chili powder

        Sharp cheddar cheese,
        shredded

        Sour cream
