Welcome Week events are located throughout River Campus and may involve travel off-campus to nearby University locations.
Events will likely take place both outdoors and indoors, and in both large and small classrooms and event spaces. Standing and walking may be required for extended periods of time. Amplified sound and technology will also be used.

If possible, please complete the request form no later than 2 weeks prior to the event date. However, in all situations, a good faith effort (up until the time of the event or program) will be made to provide accommodations.
*Please note: An accessible parking accommodation reserves a designated accessible parking space in one of the lots on River Campus, provided you have an official disability parking permit. The lot you park in may still be a significant walking distance from your destination on campus, so please make sure to bring any mobility aids with you. The University cannot provide wheelchairs.
