Disability accommodation requests

We are committed to providing programs and experiences that are accessible to all incoming students and their families, including individuals with disabilities. We encourage you to submit a Disability Accommodations Request Form if you require any of the following accommodations for equal access during our programs:

  • Accessible parking*
  • American Sign Language (ASL) interpreting
  • Audio descriptions for images/visuals
  • Captioning services
  • Personal aides/assistants or emotional support animals

If possible, please complete the request form no later than 2 weeks prior to the event date. However, in all situations, a good faith effort (up until the time of the event or program) will be made to provide accommodations.

*Please note: An accessible parking accommodation reserves a designated accessible parking space in one of the lots on River Campus, provided you have an official disability parking permit. The lot you park in may still be a significant walking distance from your destination on campus, so please make sure to bring any mobility aids with you. The University cannot provide wheelchairs.
