                                                             •  Simon became the first business school with a STEM
                                                               (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math)-
                                                               designated option for each of its MBA specializations
                                                               and across all degree programs. Building on the
                                                               longstanding strength in analytics, an updated
                                                               curriculum prepares students to operate and lead in
                                                               today’s data-driven business environment.

                                                             •  Scholarships helped to enroll more than 60% of top
                                                               candidates for the full-time MBA program and are a
                                                               critical component of Simon’s admissions strategy in an
                                                               increasingly competitive enviornment.

                                                               Management Center resulted in placing 93% of
                                                               full-time MBA Simon graduates in jobs within three
                                                               months of their graduation.




                                                             WARNER SCHOOL


                                                             OF EDUCATION


                                                             •  Graduation rates at East High School nearly doubled
                                                               over the last three years—from 33% in 2015 to 61% in
                                                               2018. Warner’s Educational Partnership Organization
                                                               brought evidence-based practices to support staff,
                                                               teachers, and administrators to cultivate student trust
                                                               and respect.
                                                             •  Horizons at Warner, a six-week summer enrichment
                                                               program for 150 Rochester City School District
                                                               students with low-income backgrounds, continued
                                                               to grow.

                                                             •  The Center for Learning in the Digital Age (LiDA),
         $396,918                                              is collaborating with various educational partners
                                                               to leverage digital resources to improve learning and
                                                               development in K-12 and higher education settings,
                                                               as well as across the lifespan in a variety of
                                                               non-traditional settings.
