Incoming spring 2026 students

Below are dates and deadlines for students beginning their studies in January 2026. If you are beginning your studies in August 2026, this page will be updated with items relevant to you in May 2026.

November 2025

In November, you'll begin Rochester Ready, your online orientation program. You'll also be able to access your mandatory health forms and tuition bill. Towards the end of the month, you'll hear from your academic advisor(s) to discuss your spring courses and prepare to your register for your classes.

December 2025

In December, you'll complete your mandatory housing and health forms, submit your campus ID photo, and register for Welcome Week.

January 2026

In January, you'll finish up Rochester Ready and get ready to arrive on campus.

Spring 2026 Welcome Week

It's time to come to campus! You'll arrive on Thursday, January 15 and spend three days exploring campus and making new friends.

Arrival day; social time with your Orientation Leaders; evening events and activities

Your first semester

The Spring 2026 semester officially begins on Tuesday, January 20 with the first day of classes. Explore a few of the Rochester Traditions you'll experience in your first semester on campus.
