O’Brien Hall is a multipurpose building with half of the first floor containing public space (conference room, music room, and dance studio) and the rest of the building being a residence hall. These spaces can be reserved through EMS, like all other student life spaces. These public spaces are available to the University through a partnership between Residential Life and Wilson Commons Student Activities.

All activities in the building must adhere to the Student Life Space policy.
