                          Taco Dip






        SERVES: 4-6                        PREP TIME: 20 min                  COOK TIME: 35 min




        INGREDIENTS:                       DIRECTIONS:

        1   lb ground beef or              Preheat oven for 375°F.
            beyond meat
                                           Brown ground beef and add in taco seasoning and
        1   packet of taco seasoning       chopped onions—cook through and set aside

        1/4 small onion                    Spray bottom of 8x8 or 9x9 or similar size cooking pan
                                           with non-stick spray. Spread cream cheese in an even
        8  oz cream cheese                 layer on bottom of tray. Spread refried beans in an even
                                           layer on top of cream cheese. Add ground beef mixture
        1/2 can of refried beans           on top of refried beans. Add salsa on top of beef and the
                                           add shredded cheese on top of salsa.
        15 oz of preferred salsa
            (I use Tostitos)               Bake for 30-40 minutes. It's finished when the center
                                           is hot to touch. You can also broil for a minute at the
        8  oz of shredded mexican          end to crisp the cheese.
            or cheddar cheese
                                           Serve with chips.
        1  bag of Tostitos chips
