JENNIFER JOHNSON’S (RACHAEL RAY INSPIRED)
                          Cuban Toasties






        SERVES: 20                         PREP TIME: 30 min                  COOK TIME: 10 min




        INGREDIENTS:                       DIRECTIONS:

        1 1/2 oz boiled deli ham           Preheat oven to 500°F. In a small bowl stir together the
          slices, finely chopped           ham, cheese, mayonnaise, onion, chili sauce and mustard.
          (1/3 of a cup)
                                           Arrange the bread slices on a foil-lined baking sheet.
        3 oz shredded Swiss                Put 2 pickles slices on each slice of bread, then spread
           cheese (3/4 cup)                about 1 tbsp of the ham mixture on top.


        1/3 cup mayonnaise                 Bake the toasties for 8 to 10 minutes until golden and
                                           bubbly. Cool before serving.
        ½ small onion, finely
            chopped

        1 1/2 teaspoons chili sauce

        1 tsp yellow mustard


        1 baguette, cut into 1/3 inch
          thick slices


        16 oz jar of sliced
            dill pickles
