Activity Reflections

Submitting an Activity Reflection

Complete an Activity Reflection

Please work with your Advisor on this process if you have any questions.

Activity Reflections are for student organizations to reflect honestly on their activities throughout the academic year. A thorough activity reflection can provide valuable direction and insight to the future leadership of your organization and your advisor. Thoughtful and detailed activity reflections are an important part of leadership transition and longevity of your organization.

All activities required to be registered must have an Activity Reflection form including General Interest Meetings. While activity reflections for non-registered activities are not required, they are helpful for your organization's future officers. One activity reflection form may be submitted to summarize all General Member Meetings (GMMs), rehearsals, or other ongoing semester long activities.

Activity reflections are reviewed by the Administration and Review Committee (ARC) during the Student Organization Annual Review (SOAR). ARC uses activity reflections to understand your impact on the campus community, and whether the organization has learned from past experiences and implemented appropriate changes. The results of ARC’s review will be shared with the Appropriations Committee (SAAC) during budgeting. Failure to complete an activity reflection could negatively impact your organization’s status with ARC & SAAC for the following year.

It is recommended to do this within a week of the activity to ensure details are accurate.
