Award Management - Employment Verification (E-Verify)

For federal contract awards, the Employment Eligibility Verification Clause (FAR 52.222-54) requires that the University verify all personnel working on the federal contract award within 90 calendar days after the effective date of the award.  ORPA will require the Department or PI to report to Human Resources all budgeted personnel.   If there are any additional personnel added to the award during the lifetime of the award, the Department or PI must notify Human Resources.
