Award Management - Expanded Authorities

Certain federal sponsors have waived select prior approval requirements for activities and expenditures, and have authorized the University to approve these activities and expenditures. These activities include allowances for 90-day pre-award costs, minor rebudgeting between cost categories, and implementation of a single no-cost extension for a period of up to 12 months.
