Startup Weekends are 54-hour events where developers, designers, marketers, product managers and startup enthusiasts come together to share ideas, form teams, build products, and launch startups (typically mobile apps). The third annual Rochester Startup Weekend will be held on March 20-22, 2015 at Brand Networks in downtown Rochester. Online registration is now open. A fee applies. Students can use the promo code “STUDENT” to receive half off the price of admission. Additionally, UR students who register are eligible to be reimbursed an additional $25 through the Center for Entrepreneurship. Email cfe@rochester.edu for reimbursement details.
