Study abroad scholarships are obtainable!. You may be eligible to apply to one or more of these. Eligible students should contact Heidi Kozireski in the Center for Education Abroad for more information.

Boren Scholarship:
Summer 2017, Fall 2017, full year 2017-18
Application deadline: January 31
Eligibility:  US citizen
Programs must be outside of Canada, Western Europe, Australia, New Zealand
Program must include language study
Summer scholarship for STEM students only; program must be at least 8 weeks long

Application deadline:  March 1
Eligibility:  US citizen or permanent resident; demonstrated financial need; minimum 2.8 GPA
Programs in East and Southeast Asia
For summer, program must be at least 8 weeks in duration

Business, Technology, and Innovation (BTI) Scholarship:
Summer 2017, Fall 2017
Application deadline:  February 15 (Summer), March 15 (Fall)
Eligibility: U.S. undergraduate and graduate students in business or STEM fields are eligible to apply. Applicants must be admitted to either OPIT or BRLI program to receive funding
Programs: Business Russian Language & Internship Program (BRLI) and Overseas Professional & Intercultural Training Program in Moscow (OPIT)
