Senior Week Event FAQs

• • The event does not require a ticket – what do I need to bring?

    What you'll need:

    • UR CCC app open to your personal QR code or a screenshot of your personal QR code.
    • Please see this video on how to find your Personal QR Code.
  • Can I take a screenshot of my QR codes?

    Absolutely! Great thinking! This is a great way to have them ready to go for check in.

  Senior Week

  • How will Senior Week Ticket Sales work this year?
    • All ticket sales will occur online through University Tickets.
    • Ticket sales will be on Tuesday, April 22, 2025 at 8 p.m. EDT and Wednesday, April 23, 2025 at 8 p.m EDT. See the chart below for what tickets are on sale each day.

  • What method of payment can I use to purchase tickets?
    • Tickets can be purchased with a credit or debit card only. American Express is not accepted online
  • Are you allowed to trade/give/sell tickets to other Seniors?
    • If you are trading/giving/selling tickets, please fill out the 2025 Senior Week Ticket Exchanges form. If you do not fill out this form you will not be able to use your ticket.
  • Are there any events in which I have to be 21 to purchase tickets?
    • Beerfest
    • Day at the Vineyard
  • Are there any events in which I have to complete a travel waiver?
    • None
  • Can I purchase tickets for students who are not seniors?
    • Only seniors will be able to attend senior week events. One exception is the Senior Ball. 
  • What should I do to prepare for senior week tickets sales?
    • Review the schedule to see what events you would be interested in attending.
    • Set up your University Tickets account
    • Verify that you can log into CCC
  • How many tickets can I purchase?
    • Each senior is eligible to purchase/register one ticket for each senior week event. For Senior Ball, senior students can purchase 2 tickets per person.
  • Is there financial assistance for senior week events or commencement regalia?
    • Students with a financial hardship preventing them from purchasing graduation regalia or participating in senior week events can request support by filling out this request form
    • Seniors must complete the form no later than 2/28/25 to be considered for commencement regalia support.
    • Seniors must complete the form no later than 3/28/25 to be considered for senior week support.
